The idea is to establish an endowment fund for Khalsa Raaj (as per the Azadist strategy). If you would like to act like a Raaja and become a Patron of Bunga Azaadi, consider donating your Dasvandh to our Substack with a monthly subscription. ![[Toshakhana.png]] We will reveal more details about this structure in time when we are ready. But for now, our strategy thus far involves building an endowment fund, similar to those maintained by communities like the Mormons or the Jewish federations. A structure that can ingest funds, invest them with wealth managers, and deploy the returns as grants for projects as per our Grand Strategy we’ve developed in the Bunga. The governance structure is mapped out and anything we earn as a Bunga from various activities, projects or donations we take, go straight into our UK-registered CIC. The decision-making framework for how funding gets applied is also designed with sustainability and accountability as priorities. What we are building now is the capital base and the talent network to fill the roles when the time comes. This is part of why we have been working on the [Sikh Investors Club](https://www.sikhinvestorsclub.com/) and [Arta Labs](https://artalabs.com/). We are already in the process of building networks of investors, entrepreneurs and subject matter experts across various fields, so that when the fund reaches a certain point, we can tap into that talent pool immediately. Add meat to the skeleton we have already set up, so to speak. The goal is to rebuild Sikh soft power. Facilitate Sikhs into becoming problem solvers, not makers, encouraging the Panth to become power house of value output. The more people we can serve at scale (Sarbat Da Bhalla, not just Sikhan Da Bhalla), the more relied upon we become. This grants us greater leverage to engage effective diplomacy, lobbying or even just entrepreneurship and institution building, all to further our principles of Degh Tegh Fateh, Sarbat Da Bhalla, Dharam Yudh and Khalsa Raaj. Environments safeguarded by the Khalsa, where those seeking to pursue spiritual liberty (Mukti), can do so in peace, free from tyranny and oppression. What we are attempting today is doing our part in contributing to the setting of the foundations for the next generation of Sikh statecrafters. We are here to plant seeds of trees that we in our lifetimes may not taste the fruits of. But depending on your support, we may be able to sit in their shade. # Motivation of the Azadism project Here are some excerpts from the Azadist Manifesto explaining the motivations of this project. > “The reality is this - not only are there nations that hold power and influence that the Khalsa should have already had at this point, but even single individuals have more power than perhaps the entire Panth combined. The worst part is that these people abuse their power to oppress, murder and steal, and the Khalsa has no current way of stopping or replacing them. It may be argued that nothing will beat the Guru’s Khalsa, and whilst true, this has not been seen to prevent the otherwise avoidable genocides and brutal oppression of today. We are so behind on the global level for these things, and as result needless and preventable suffering goes unchecked. It is time for a rethinking in our approach. A realignment of our goals and objectives so that Guru Khalsa Panth is able to navigate the complexity of the modern world and avoid propaganda and misinformation.” _— Azadist Manifesto,_ [Introduction](https://bungaazaadi.com/Raajniti+Vidya/Azadism/Azadist+Manifesto/00+Introduction) > “As a Panth, we are so behind in these things it is disappointing. Looking through our history, it is understandable as to why, but nonetheless, this doesn’t excuse our present day ignorance. The blood of our Shaheeds is a currency. It has bought us today time and space in which to manoeuvre. We can either waste this resource and stick to old methods of fighting, simply tackling problems head-on without any planning, or become more strategic. Instead of being so reactive, we have to become proactive. Stop waiting around for a problem to arise before acting, for any actions by that point is already too late. It becomes damage control rather than implementing a real solution. This attitude in which we approach problems in the Panth needs to stop.” *— Azadist Manifesto,* [Conclusion](https://bungaazaadi.com/Raajniti+Vidya/Azadism/Azadist+Manifesto/06+Conclusion)
